A BILL to repeal article two-f, chapter eighteen of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, relating to repeal of provisions establishing a
scholarship program known as the share in your future
commission.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article two-f, chapter eighteen of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be
repealed.
§1. Repeal of article creating share in your future commission.
Article two-f, chapter eighteen of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is
hereby repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal provisions
relating to an inactive commission known as the Share in Your
Future Commission.
This bill is recommended by the Joint Committee onGovernment Operations for passage during the 1994 Regular
Session.
